Casserole:
2 lbs. hash browns
1 stick butter, melted
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 C. sour cream
2 C. soft cheese - Velveeta or mozzarella
Salt and pepper to taste

Topping: 2 C. crushed Corn Flakes, 2/3 C. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Combine all ingredients except butter. Pour into greased 13 X 9 pan. Drizzle melted butter over the top. Bake for 45 minutes.
Combine cornflakes and butter and top casserole. Bake another 15 minutes.
