3 C. whipping cream (3 cartons)
3/4 C. light corn syrup
6 C. sugar
Nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and cook to soft ball stage (236º on candy thermometer). Remove from heat. Place saucepan in cold water to cool. Add nuts now if you would like. Beat for 5 minutes with hand mixer. Pour into greased 8 or 9 inch square pan. Let set and cut into very small squares.
