Dry Ingredients:
3 C. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 C. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Wet Ingredients:
1/2 C. oil
1/2 C. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

10 C. sliced apples, peeled or unpeeled
1 C. chopped nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients and add dry mix. Add apples and nuts and stir well. Grease large sheet pan or jelly roll pan. Bake for 1 hour - that's what it says on the recipe card. I think I would check after 30 and 45 minutes and take it out with a toothpick test!
