1 yellow cake mix
1 large vanilla instant pudding
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil, and eggs for 10 minutes. Combine sugar, cinnamon, and nuts in small bowl. Layer in greased and floured bundt pan in 2-3 layers, starting with sugar mixture. Bake at 325º for 1 hour and 10 minutes. After cooling briefly, carefully invert pan on serving dish to take out cake. I also top the cake with a drizzle of 1 c. powdered sugar and a little milk.

I have no idea why this is called a Jewish Coffee Cake, that is just the name my friend gave it! Also, we have changed up the cake mix and pudding flavors to make some delicious variations.
