Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Truffles are way too expensive for most everyday use...so I've experimented with different truffle-flavored ingredients. I use oil mostly as a finishing drizzle, but have found that Casita Rossa truffle salt gives me the most "bang for my bucks"...and doesn't get old if I don't use it often. Try popcorn made with coconut oil and a sprinkle of truffle salt on the popped corn...a real flavor treat!
