1 15oz package pie crusts
1 tsp flour
Filling:
1 cup orange sections with membranes removed (3 or 4 small oranges)
2/3 cup sugar
7 tsp cornstarch
Dash of salt
2/3 cup orange juice
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup undrained crushed pineapple
Topping:
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup powered sugar
1 8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
1-2 tbsp milk
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º. Prepare pie crust using a 9" pie plate. (Refrigerate other crust for later use.) bake at 450º for 9-11 minutes, or until light golden brown. Cool completely. Reserve 1/4 cup orange section; set aside. In medium saucepan,combine sugar,cornstarch and salt, mix well. Stir in orange juice, lemon juice, remaining orange sections and pineapple, blend well. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and boils, 5-8 minutes. Stir constantly. Cool slightly, pour into cooled, baked crust. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until filling is partially set. Meanwhile, in small bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Fold in whipped topping,blend well. Add milk, mix until smooth and of spreading consistency. Carefully spread over cooled filling. Refrigerate until set, 2 to 3 hours. Drain 1/4 cup reserved orange sections, arrange in pinwheel design on center of pie. Sprinkle pecans in a 2" wide band around outside edge of pie. Store in refrigerator.
