Dough:
2 C. warm water
2 T. dry yeast
1/4 C. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 C. oleo
6 1/2 C. flour
Meat Mixture:
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 C. onion
3 C. cabbage, shredded
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, yeast, sugar, salt, egg, oleo, and flour mix with dough hook. Chill. Brown meat and onion. Add shredded cabbage, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. Cool slightly. Roll out dough and cut into 6-inch squares. Place 3 Tablespoons mixture and pinch dough edges together. Let rise for 15 min. Bake for 25 min at 350 º.

I just made these for the first time. I remember Lynette having them either in California or Arizona when I was little. I like mine with mustard, but others have said they like BBQ sauce or ketchup. I've seen also where they are filled with a sloppy joe mixture. Might need to try that sometime.
