"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I do not like tuna so I cut this recipe in half, make 1/2 with tuna and 1/2 with canned chicken. Yummy! I eat my chicken cake plain, my husband likes his tuna cakes with cocktail sauce and my daughter, Juli, dumps ketchup on them, of course! Jessica eats her tuna cake plain and even likes to eat the mix cold from the fridge without cooking it!
