Chicken pieces with skin on
Butter
Bread Crumbs
Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Beat enough eggs to cover the chicken used
Wash off the chicken pieces and then dip them in the egg
Roll in bread crumbs

Heat a frying pan.
Melt butter in pan and sear chicken pieces until they are browned on both sides.
Place in shallow baking pan...could be lasagna pan.
Bake at 350º until done. Chicken should be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Remove from pan and place on serving platter.

This is really tasty and has so much less fat than deep fried chicken.
