8 oz. Swiss cheese, cut into strips
3 hard cooked eggs, diced
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1 tbsp. sliced green onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. mustard
3 tomatoes, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese, egg, celery, green pepper and onion. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard; toss with cheese mixture. Chill. Serve on tomato slices.
