1 (7 oz,) pkg. elbow or shell macaroni
1 can water-packed tuna, drained
1 can peas or equivalent of frozen peas, cooked, drained & cooled
1 small onion, diced
1 rib of celery, diced
mayonnaise
salt, pepper, and sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water until tender; drain and cool. Add tuna, peas, onion and celery. Fold in mayonnaise to bind mixture together; adding enough so it won't be dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, also about a tsp. of sugar. Mix well. Chill. Serve with assorted crackers for a simple Sunday night supper.
