2 1/2 c. milk, scalded
2 sticks oleo
1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water (with a little sugar added)
All purpose flour to make stiff dough

Directions:
Directions:
Let milk cool to lukewarm; stir in sugar, oleo, eggs, salt and yeast mixture. Gradually add flour to make a stiff dough. Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk. Punch down, let rise again and shape into your favorite type of rolls. Let rise and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
