1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, diced
1 can tomato soup
1 can diced tomatoes or you can use tomato juice
1 small box of elbow macaroni (like 7 oz. size)
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in salted boiling water until tender; drain. Meanwhile, brown onion and ground beef in large skillet; stir in tomato soup, tomatoes or equivalent of juice, salt and pepper. Add drained macaroni and heat through till flavors blend. Season to taste. You can add a little more tomato juice or rinse the tomato soup can with a little water if it seems to dry. Serve with garlic toast.
