1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbs. sugar
pinch of kosher salt

Cake Batter Frosting
2 sticks melted butter 8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. flour 1 stick butter
1 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 tbs. maple syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon 3 cs. powder sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda pinch of salt
1/8 tsp. kosher salt
3/4 brown sugar
1 1/2 eggs
8 1/2 oz. sweet potatoes
1/4 tsp. vanilla

make graham cracker crust to place in cupcake cups, combine all ingredients fill cups 3/4 full place in 350º for twenty minutes insert toothpick in center if it comes out clean they are done. Let cool for at least 1 hour before putting frosting on.
