3 to 4 lb chicken
salt
pepper
parsley
butter
basil


Directions:
Directions:
clean chicken and pat dry

sprinkle cavity generously with spices

place in crockpot..

rub chicken breast with butter and sprinkle with parsley and basil.

cover and cook on high for 1 hour...TURN to love for 8 to 10 hours
