1 bag of egg noodles or your favorite pasta
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
3 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg sliced pepperoni
Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat and drain off the grease.
Boil pasta until al dente and drain.
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a 13x9 baking dish, start layering by first spreading a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on the bottom, followed by half of the noodles. Then add half of the meat; followed by the remaining pasta. Next layer half of the cheese, followed by the remainder of the ground beef, followed by the rest of the sauce. Add remaining cheese. Top with pepperoni.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes.
Let set 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
