2 cups broccoli
2 cups fresh mushrooms
2 cups cauliflower
1 med onion
1 can chicken broth
4 tsp flour
2 cup milk
4 oz cubed velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
cut up brocoli, mushrooms, cauliflower and onion.

cook in water until tender.

add and simmer broth, flour, milk and cheese.

stir until cheese melts.

add to cooked vegetables

milk can be added if desired
