1 c. melted butter
2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. fine oatmeal
1 c. fine coconut (chopped)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and brown sugar, add eggs and vanilla. Mix flour and spices then add to sugar mixture add in oatmeal and coconut. Roll in small balls and press out with a fork. Bake at 350º for 8 to 10 minutes. These will be a flat chewy cookie.
