4 to 5 carrots
4 celery stalks
1/2 sweet onion
3 medium potatos
4T butter
4T Flour
1pt milk
1pt chicken broth
1lb shredded cheddar or velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first 4 ingregients until tender, then drain. Then chop finely or put in blender.

Stir together butter and flour.

Stir in milk and broth.

Cook until smooth. add cheese. stir in vegetables and season to taste
