2 lbs ground Beef
2 lg or 3 small head Cabbage
Bread Dough (2 loaves)

Directions:
Let bread dough rise according to direction. Chop cabbage into fine pieces, cook with water until tender. Season with salt and pepper, drain. Mush hamburger and cabbage together. Put in colander and drain well. When bread dough has risen, punch down, pinch off a medium sized handful of bread dough. Roll out ¼” thick. Fill middle with hamburger-cabbage mixture. Pull up sides of dough and pinch together. Place in greased pan seam side down. Let rise for approx. 20 min. Bake in oven at 350° until top is lightly browned, about 20 minutes. Brush tops with butter and let set a few min until top is softened.
