1 cup sugar
1 stick of margarine
2 large eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla or almond
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream all together - add flour and baking soda. Chill one hour. Roll cookie dough out on floured surface, cut into shapes. Bake at 375º- watch them- 8 to 10 minutes
Can use brown sugar- cookies are softer.
