1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup salad oil
1 1/2 cup mashed bananas
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup raisins
4 cups of uncooked regular oatmeal
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat brown sugar and oil together until well blended. Stir in banana and salt. Gradually beat in oats. Stir in walnuts and raisins.
Bake at 350º oven for 25 minutes; cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes remove and cool completely.
