2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. shortening
1 1/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. cocoa
4 TB softened butter
1 c. heavy whipping cream
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 TB butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease and flour bundt pan. Beat all except cream, chocolate chips and 1 TB butter for a couple minutes till completely mixed. Bake for 50 minutes. Cool 15 minutes in pan. While cooling, make ganache. Put chocolate chips in a bowl and heat the cream in a saucepan till it just boils. Remove cream from heat, add 1 TB butter and pour over chocolate chips in bowl. The sit 5 minutes WITHOUT STIRRING. Then whisk till smooth. When cake has cooled 15 minutes in pan, put it on plate and top with ganache.
