Ingredients:  
12 lbs. of Catfish Fillets
3 lbs. of Butt Meat
4 Yellow Onions
5 small cans of Tomato Soup
1 quart of Tomato Juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tbsp. of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut butt meat and onions up and then fry together and pour grease off.
Add tomato soup and tomato juice.
Cut catfish up and add.
Let simmer for 30 minutes or until fish falls apart.
Add sugar to cut down on acid.
Salt and pepper for taste.
Ready to serve on rice or bread.
Prepared for 20 people.
