2 med zucchini, chopped
2 med onions, chopped
½ lb fresh mushrooms
Bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onions, mushrooms and zucchini. Add tomatoes and season. Cook until nearly done. Place in an oven-proof dish and cover generously with bread crumbs. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over all and dust with paprika.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until bubbly.
