4 ¾ cups fine bread crumbs
8 tbsp dry mustard
7 tbsp seasoning salt
3 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp white pepper
½ tsp cayenne pepper
3 tsp black pepper
3 tsp chilli powder
3 tbsp oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken at a 30 degree angle cross grain. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture (3 eggs and 1 cup milk) before breading. Fill pan with enough canola oil to cover chicken. Deep fry chicken 6-10 minutes. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
