3 cups baking mix (Bisquick)
4 cups grated sharp cheese
1 lb. hot bulk sausage
1/8 tsp. pepper


Dip;
1 cup mayonnaise
4 T. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Spray a baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray. Mix sausage and cheese well; add baking mix (Bisquick) and shape into 1 inch balls.
Place the balls on the baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. To prevent sticking, move the balls with spatula halfway through cooking. Yield: 5 dozen

To make the dip, combine the mayonnaise and mustard. Serve with sausage balls.
