1 1/4 cup Sugar
2 cups Milk
1/4 cup Lemon juice
1/2 cup Heavy cream or evaporated milk
1 cup Fresh peach pulp
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve sugar in milk. Add lemon juice and rind. Fold in thickly beaten cream or milk and peach pulp.
Pour into freezing trays and freeze to a firm mush. Then beat until light and fluffy. Return to trays and freeze until firm.
