2 cans French type green beans
2 can of artichoke hearts
½ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
½ cup parmesean cheese
Juice of one lemon
3-4 cloves minced garlic
Olive oil


Directions:
Directions:
Boil artichokes in water from can for 10 minutes. Mash slightly with a fork. Drain beans and set aside. Mix bread crumb, cheese, garlic and lemon juice. Pour a little olive oil in the bottom of casserole dish. Layer half of green beans on the bottom then half of the artichoke hears, sprinkle half of bread crumb and cheese mixture. Pour more olive oil on top and repeat layers and finish with olive oil on top.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
