2-15 oz. cans of black beans drained and rinsed
1-2 cans of white shoe peg corn drained
1-container or grape or cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
1 red onion (chopped finely)
1-2 ripe avocados
salt and pepper to taste

Dressing:
1 lime juiced
½ cup red wine vinegar
½ cup olive oil
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 TB Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients for dip and combine ingredients for dressings. Pour dressing and stir thoroughly. Serve with Chips
