1/2 c. oil
2 t. salt
2 c. sugar (1 brown, 1 white)
1 T. + 1t. baking powder
4 eggs
2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
5 c. regular oats
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients adding milk last. Spray PAM in 10x15 pan (or half it to make an 8x8). Pour into pan. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until firm to the touch and golden brown.

This is from my mother-in-law. It is really good all on its own but absolutely delicious with peaches and real whipped cream.
