2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 stick butter-flavored Crisco
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup each white chocolate chip, milk chocolate & semi-sweet or dark chocolate
2 cups chopped walnuts

Heat oven to 375º.
In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt.
In a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer, cream butter, Crisco, both sugars and vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. On low speed, beat in flour mixture.
By hand, stir in chips and walnuts.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes.
Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before removing to put on wire racks to cool completely.

These cookies have tendency to spread and get thin. Try refrigerating dough . I like to use my cookie scoop and fill a cookie sheet with the little mounds and refrigerate. After they get cold, you can bake as many as you want and keep the remainder to bake later. Nothing like fresh, warm cookies anytime!
