1 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter melted
1/2 tsp salt
4 large eggs
butter for cooking

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar and salt in bowl; set aside. Whisk eggs in a separate bowl until foamy; whisk milk butter into eggs. Add egg mixture to center of flour mixture. Stir until well-mixed. Strain mixture through strainer to remove lumps. Let mixture rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Heat lightly buttered pan. Pour 1/4 cup batter into center of pan; swirl batter until evenly coated.
