4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. karo red syrup
1 stick oleo
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift sugar & cocoa together
Mix all ingredients except vanilla in heavy pan & cook over low heat to softball stage - 238 degrees.
Remove from heat place pan in large pan of water add vanilla then beat with mixer till creamy then pour immediately into buttered cake pan. Cool & eat!
