1 cup prune puree (baby food or 1 1/3 cups prunes with 6 tbsp water, processed)
1 2/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup corn syrup
1 cup cocoa
1 egg white
3 cups grated zucchini
3/4 tbsp cinnamon (or more)
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
2/3 cup cake/pastry flour
2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flours and baking soda. Combine remaining ingredients and place into a bundt pan, which has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 ºF for about 1 hour 15 minutes.
