2 3/4 cup flour
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup oil
1 cup sour milk
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups zucchini
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
3 eggs

Glaze:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp water
1 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. Whisk together liquid ingredients. Add zucchini. Combine and add chocolate chips. Pour into a tube pan. Bake at 350ºF for one hour.

For glaze, heat butter, cocoa, and water until the mixture thickens. Do NOT boil. Add icing sugar and vanilla and mix well.
