For meatballs-
1.5 lbs. ground beef
2 tbsp onions, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
1/2 cup raw white rice
1/4 cup water

For sauce-
1 can tomato soup
2/3 can water

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix all meatball ingredients together until combined and form into meatballs. Pour soup and water into a skillet, then stir to combine. Add the meatballs and stir to cover meatballs with sauce. Cover with a lid and place over medium heat for 30 minutes, or until rice is plump and poking out from the meatballs.
