36 Ritz crackers
6 Payday Bars (the regular sized ones)
24 oz chocolate almond bark coating
Baking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Cover baking sheet with foil. Lay out 36 Ritz crackers on cookie sheet.
Now, cut the Paydays into 6 chunks per bar. a knife spayed with Pam or even kitchen shears will work.
Place a chunk on top of each Ritz and bake for 4 minutes. This is to soften the candy.
When finished, remove from oven and lightly mash down the candy, using a fork sprayed with Pam. (You'll need to do this every 5 or 6 crackers.) Return to oven for 2 more minutes.
Take out and cool.
Melt chocolate according to directions on package. Spoon onto crackers, putting onto waxed paper for cooling.
