3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. sherry, optional
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Meat of choice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large re-sealable plastic bag, combine the soy sauce, oil, brown sugar, sherry if desired, ginger and garlic powder; add meat. Seal bag and turn to coat; cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight, turning occasionally.

Drain and discard marinade.

This is good on chicken or wild game (goose and duck breasts).
