1 ¼ cups MOTHER’S Whole Wheat Flour
2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp honey
¾ tsp salt
1 egg – beaten
1 cup milk
3 tbsp vegetable oil (or shortening)


Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Combine egg, milk, honey and vegetable oil and add to dry ingredients all at once, beating until smooth. The honey can be omitted if you prefer, or you can use sugar. More milk can be added if you like thinner pancakes.
