1 cup flour
3/4 cup crisco
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp salt
water

Directions:
Directions:
Blend in a bowl with a pastry cutter until the dough is in pea-sized lumps. Add 9 Tbsp of cold water. Stir with a fork until dough comes off the sides of the bowl form into 2 balls. Roll each ball -- for a two crust pie
