3/4 pkg. of a 5lb. bag of potatoes; cut into small pieces
2 Qts. of half and half cream
1 stick butter
salt/pepper ( I use sea salt)
1 1/2 lg. onions cut into small pieces
wondra flour

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in a pan until they are just barely done -- drain. In another pan add salt and pepper and onions. Keep using wisk to keep from sticking to the pan. Put butter in mixture and using a wisk thicken with wondra flour to how thick you want.

Add half and half, potatoes and onion mixture to crockpot and turn on low for 1 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally. add salt and pepper if needed during cooking to taste.
