1 pint Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 8oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
1 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
6 oz blue cheese
1 scant pint buttermilk

Directions:
mix togehter with electric mixer:
mayo
garlic salt
cayenne pepper
cream cheese
enough buttermilk to make 1 quart

when well blended, crumble blue cheese. DO NOT BLEND WITH MIXER!!
Stir in with spoon and refrigerate.
