4 cups fresh broccoli, cooked until just tender
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup grated cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except cheese, and pour into a greased casserole. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes, then top with cheese and continue baking until cheese melts and casserole is bubbly.
