1 stick Butter
1/2 c Milk
2 c Sugar
3 tbsp Cocoa
1 tsp Vanilla
3 c Quick Oatmeal
2 heaping tbsp Peanut butter
Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, milk, sugar and cocoa in a sauce pan. Boil until mixture reaches the soft ball stage. Add vanilla and oatmeal. Stir well for 1 minute over reduced heat and then add peanut butter. Mix fast and dip out by spoonfuls onto wax paper or foil. Mixture will start hardening fast.
