1 pound unsalted butter
2 eggs
1 shot Brandy or Whiskey
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups pecans ground
5 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Blend softened butter until smooth about five minutes.
Add powdered sugar and cream another five minutes.
Add eggs, brandy, vanilla, baking powder and flour.
Mix well.
Stir in ground pecans.
Mix until dough is soft, but not sticking to sides of bowl.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 320 degrees for 20 minutes.

Remove from cookie sheet, and roll in powdered sugar.
