1/4 C. cocoa
1/4 C. milk
1/4 C. butter
1 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Combine ingredients and bring to a full boil - boil for one full minute. Remove from the heat and beat until creamy enough to spread. FYI - This only makes enough for the top of a layer cake!!
