1 lb. hot Italian sausage
1 lb. mild cheddar cheese shreds
4 C. Bisquick
1/2 C. milk
1/2 C. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
parsley - either 1 tsp. chopped fresh
OR 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes

Preheat oven to 350º.

Lightly grease bottom and sides of jelly roll pan (16 x 11 x 2).

In large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Make 1 inch balls. Bake 20-25 minutes or until brown. Serve warm with barbeque or chili sauce for dipping.
