1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs
3 cups sifted flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
10 tablespoons sour milk*
1/2 cup walnuts
2 over ripe bananas, mashed

*To make sour milk, add 1 teaspoon plain vinegar to 1 cup whole milk. Let sit for 10 - 15 minutes to curdle slightly.

Directions:

Cream sugar and margarine.
Add eggs and beat well.
Sift baking soda into flour.
Add milk and flour 1/3 at a time. Beginning and ending with flour.
Mix well.
Add walnuts and bananas.

Pour into greased and flour individual loaf pans.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour (depending on pan)
