8 eggs
dash of salt
2 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 pkg. instant butter pecan pudding mix
4 junket tablets
2 Tbsp. water
1 c. chopped pecans
2 pt. half and half
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, salt and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add pudding mix. Dissolve junket in water. Add pecans, half and half, and enough milk to fill up to full line. It will expand.
